Assistant Professor of Applied Mathematics, University of Twente (NL)
My research is focused on graphs and networks, mainly,
- Algorithms, Logic and Complexity of Graph Problems
- Machine Learning on Graphs, Theory and Applications
Please find linked: my Google Scholar page and my LinkedIn page.
My research has received generous support from
- an NWO VIDI Talent grant (2025– )
- a DFG Eigene Stelle grant (2019–2022)
I am also a participant in the Nationaal Groeifonds POLARIS consortium, within the Optimization module (led by Marc Uetz).
Brief Bio. I joined the DMMP group at the University of Twente as an Assistant Professor in May 2024. Previously, I was a postdoc at TU Darmstadt (hosted by Pascal Schweitzer) and a DFG Eigene Stelle researcher at RWTH Aachen (hosted by Martin Grohe). I obtained my PhD degree in 2017 at The Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai (advised by V. Arvind). Much earlier, I was an undergraduate at IIT Bombay.
